RETURNS: DVD products are considered software. Software that is unused and unopened may be returned for a refund
up to and including 30 days of the date of shipping provided that the item is undamaged and in resalable condition. Open
software cannot be returned. All returned items will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. An
order that is cancelled before shipment will allow a 100% refund without restocking fee. Defective disks will be replaced
with a disc of the same volume. No items may be returned more than 30 days after the date of shipping. No exceptions.

PROBLEMS ORDERING: Every computer is different. Software, Firewalls and security programs can sometimes
cause problems with shopping carts. Please make sure the "cookies" are turned ON. Please insure that you fill out the
